Fire Ban in Effect Immediately
With an increase in brush fires and dry conditions expected to continue, the Township of Nairn and Hyman has declared an open-air fire ban effective immediately, May 11, 2022.
Conditions continue to be monitored and an update will be provided when the ban is lifted.
Individuals violating the fire ban may be fined. Please refer to our Open Air Burning By-Law for more information.
