The Township of Nairn and Hyman has recently updated the Municipal Asset Management Plan for December 2016. Planning for capital reinvestment is essential, given that a number of municipalities are now approaching the end-of-useful-life for a significant component of their infrastructure. Details of the Municipality’s infrastructure condition assessment and identified captial investment requirements over the next ten years are provided.
