***Please Note: Due to an amendment made to the Municipal Act, Section 238, provides that during an emergency declared under the Emergency Management and Civil Act, Council Members may participate electronically in a public meeting and may be counted in determining whether a quorum of members is present. It has been determined that due to restricted broadband availability for some members the method of electronic meeting will be by a teleconference call. Staff will audio record the public meeting taking place (in-camera session will not be recorded). This will be uploaded on our website the following day to allow public access to the meeting.
